This website is owned and operated by Bright as a Button Jewellery. These terms set for the the terms and conditions under which you may use the website and services as offered by Bright as a Button Jewellery. This website offers visitors handcrafted jewellery made using fine silver and in some cases mixed media embellishments, and gem stones. We hold a few pieces of stock items and will take commissions for bespoke pieces. By accessing or using the website, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

When buying a piece of jewellery you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it: ( ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase a piece/s of jewellery when you commit to buy.

The prices charged for the jewellery are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change the prices of the pieces displayed at anytime, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Pricing for commissioned pieces will be supplied to you in the form of a quote. Only when the quote has been agreed with the you will the jewellery be made

DELIVERY INFORMATION
All prices listed for delivery are based on small parcel using the Royal Mail Special delivery guaranteed by 1pm
If you place an order which requires different postage, we will discuss the cost with you before sending any items.

RETURNS POLICY
A change of mind?...
We hope that you like your piece jewellery, but if you have changed your mind regarding your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receipt to organise it's return, refund or replacement. The jewellery should be returned in perfect condition and it's original packaging.

For health & safety reasons we regret that we cannot offer refunds on earrings.

Custom orders or commissions may not be eligible for refund or exchange please contact us to discuss

Faulty or damaged goods...
Every possible care will be taken to ensure that your jewellery arrives safely, but if there has been damage caused in transit please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returning your goods...
You are responsible for the return postage fees, except when an item is faulty. Although there is no requirement to tell us, it is helpful to know why you are returning an item so that we can improve my products and services in the future.

Return postage costs...
This can only be refunded if the item was faulty or the incorrect item was sent. We are unable to provide refunds or replacements where damage has been caused by accident, neglect or misuse.

It is recommended that you return your jewellery using tracked delivery, as jewellery is only insured in transit when posted using Royal Mail’s Special Delivery service. Any other delivery method is at your own risk and we will be unable to refund items lost in transit where they are not insured.
